Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy was last modified on February 25, 2026.

Welcome to EverPro, a business management company for home service businesses, operated by EverPro Solutions LLC. (collectively "EverPro," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy governs our collection, use, storage, and protection of Personal Information provided by any user ("you"), including any home service professional or company ("Pro" or "Pro Company"), any customers of a Pro, and any technicians or employees of a Pro, in connection with EverPro's products, services, or platform. Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given to them in our Terms of Service.

EverPro provides a comprehensive suite of tools and services that help home service companies run and grow their businesses. Our platform includes business intelligence and analytics, scheduling and dispatch, job management, and multi-channel communications — including SMS text messages, inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and voicemail. EverPro operates as a technology service provider on behalf of Pro Companies. Communications and services delivered through our platform are provided in the name of the Pro Company — EverPro's name and brand do not appear in any communications delivered to end users. End users who receive communications through our platform interact only with their Pro Company — EverPro's name and brand do not appear in any communications delivered to end users.

"Personal Information" means information that uniquely identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with or linked to you, including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, names, and communication content processed through our platform.

1. Our Role as a Service Provider
EverPro operates as a business-to-business (B2B) platform that provides technology, tools, and infrastructure to Pro Companies. We do not have a direct consumer relationship with the end users (customers and technicians) who interact with our platform. Pro Companies use EverPro to manage their businesses and communicate with their customers and technicians. Specifically:
-
Pro Companies maintain their own direct relationships with their customers and technicians.
-
Pro Companies are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consent from their customers and technicians, including consent to receive communications, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
-
Pro Companies provide end user information (such as phone numbers, email addresses, names, and service details) to EverPro through our platform for the purpose of business management and communication delivery.
-
All communications sent through EverPro — whether SMS, phone calls, emails, or voicemails — appear to come from the Pro Company. End users have no visibility into EverPro's involvement.
-
EverPro does not independently solicit, collect, or obtain personal information directly from end users.

By contracting with EverPro, each Pro Company agrees to our Terms of Service (https://tryeverpro.com/terms), which require them to obtain proper consent from their customers and technicians before using our platform.

2. Personal Information We Process
2.1 Information Received from Pro Companies
In order to deliver communications, EverPro receives the following information from Pro Companies:
-
Mobile and Landline Phone Numbers: Phone numbers of the Pro Company's customers and technicians, used for SMS messages, phone calls, and voicemail delivery.
-
Email Addresses: Email addresses of customers and technicians, used for email communications.
-
Names: First names or identifiers used by the Pro Company to personalize communications.
-
Appointment and Service Details: Information such as appointment date, time, technician name, and service type that the Pro Company includes in communications.

-
Business and Financial Data: Invoice details, payment records, estimates, and other financial information managed through our platform on behalf of Pro Companies.

In the course of operating our platform, EverPro generates or records the following:

-
Opt-in records (e.g., when an end user replies START to resubscribe to SMS messages)
-
Call metadata such as call duration, timestamps, and connection status
-
Platform usage data, analytics, and reporting metrics generated for Pro Companies
-
Technical metadata necessary for platform operation and troubleshooting

2.3 Website Visitors
When visitors access tryeverpro.com, we may collect standard web analytics data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. This information is used to maintain and improve our website.

3. How We Use Your Information
EverPro uses the information we process solely for the following purposes:
-
To provide business management tools and services to Pro Companies, including CRM, scheduling, dispatch, job management, invoicing, and reporting
-
To generate business intelligence, analytics, and performance insights for Pro Companies

4. Communication Data — Sharing and Protection
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

EverPro enforces the following protections on all data processed through our platform:
-
Phone numbers (mobile and landline), email addresses, opt-in consent data, and communication content will never be sold, rented, leased, or transferred to third-party marketers, advertisers, or lead generators.
-
All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent records are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.
-
End user information is shared only with the specific Pro Company on whose behalf the communications are sent, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the existing service relationship.
-
We may share data with trusted infrastructure subcontractors (such as our telephony and SMS delivery partners) under strict confidentiality agreements, solely for the technical operation of our platform.
-
We do not use end user contact information or communication data to market EverPro's own services or any third-party services.
-
We do not aggregate or de-identify end user data for sale or commercial use outside of platform operations.
-
Call recordings, voicemail content, and email content are treated with the same confidentiality protections as SMS data.

5. How Consent Is Obtained
Because EverPro operates behind the scenes and has no direct relationship with end users, consent to receive communications is obtained entirely by the Pro Company through its own business processes.

5.1 Customer Consent
When a customer engages a Pro Company for home services — such as scheduling an appointment, requesting a service call, or entering into a service agreement — the Pro Company obtains the customer's consent to receive service-related communications (including SMS messages, phone calls, emails, and voicemails) as part of the customer's agreement to the Pro Company's own terms of service. The customer's relationship is with the Pro Company, not with EverPro.

5.2 Technician Consent
Technicians employed by Pro Companies provide their contact information (phone number and/or email address) to their employer as part of the onboarding or employment process and consent to receive job-related communications from their employer.

5.3 Pro Company Obligations
Under EverPro's Terms of Service (https://tryeverpro.com/terms), each Pro Company is contractually required to:
-
Obtain valid consent from all end users before sending communications through our platform
-
Inform end users that they may receive service-related communications (SMS, calls, email, voicemail)
-
Provide end users with clear opt-out instructions for each communication channel
-
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing electronic communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state laws
-
Maintain their own records of consent for their customers and technicians

6. SMS-Specific Provisions
The following provisions apply specifically to SMS text messaging services delivered through our platform, in compliance with A2P 10DLC requirements:
-
Opt-Out: Any end user may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or STOPALL to any message. A single confirmation message will be sent, and no further SMS messages will be delivered.
-
Help: End users may reply HELP or INFO to any SMS message to receive support information and opt-out instructions.
-
Resubscribing: End users may reply START to a previous message or contact their Pro Company directly to resume receiving SMS messages.
-
Message Frequency: SMS message frequency varies depending on the end user's appointment activity and service interactions. Messages are transactional and service-related only.
-
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by the end user's mobile carrier.
-
Mobile Data Protection: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Data Security
EverPro implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect all data processed through our platform, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security assessments. These protections apply to all communication channels: SMS, phone, email, and voicemail.

8. Data Retention
We retain data processed through our platform for as long as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to Pro Companies, comply with legal requirements, and maintain compliance records. This includes communication logs, call records, message history, and consent records. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

9. Contact Us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us at office@tryeverpro.com
